With an impressive background spanning administration, management, and client support, Kathleen's professionalism shines through in every role she undertakes. She's also an active leader in military spouse organizations, having served as an Air Force Key Spouse and held various volunteer positions that make a difference.
Over the past 17 years, Kathleen has dedicated her talents to small to medium-sized businesses, refining her operational and administrative skills along the way. Even amidst the challenges of the COVID pandemic, she persevered and earned her bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Penn State. And now, she's back at Penn State pursuing her master's degree in Organizational Development and Change, driven by her passion for helping small businesses achieve remarkable transformations through small, impactful changes.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kathleen is a proud Air Force wife to her amazing husband, Josh, and a devoted dog mom to their cherished companions, Mo and Tilly. During her time as a Key Spouse for Joshua's squadron in Germany, Kathleen's selfless dedication earned her recognition as the Key Spouse of the Quarter and the 2019 Year for the 86th Medical Group, highlighting her unwavering commitment to supporting military families.
